Accelerated Physics
This accelerated physics course is for those students who wish a more rigorous experience than the regular course. The usual topics of physics will be studied with required projects and laboratory reports. Problem solving will be a key component of the entire course. Students who intend to take Honors Physics are strongly encouraged to take Accelerated Physics.
Conceptual Physics

This course describes the workings of the world around us. Topics to be studied include such as motion, forces, energy, electricity, magnetism, sound, light, and intriguing concepts of modern physics such as relativity, atoms, and nuclei. The laboratory portion of the course is used to improve the students' observations in measurement and in the acquisition, graphing, and interpretation of data.
