Fourth and Fifth Grade Duke Tip Talents

The Duke University Talent Identification Program is committed to the advancement of academically talented students and the provision of innovative programs and resources to support their development. To be eligible, students must score above the required percentiles on their most recent grade level achievement, aptitude, mental ability or approved state criterion – referenced test. Fourth and Fifth Grade Talent Search offers resources for parents, students and school personnel.
As a school, Boyd Buchanan works with these identified students to motivate focus on academic achievement, reward positive performance and offer an above – grade level testing experience. Parents may choose to formally register with the Duke program for extra benefits, including newsletters, contests, materials in their academic interest fields, etc. We at Boyd Buchanan strive to meet the needs of each individual student. The Duke Talent Search helps us to meet these goals.
