AM – Morning Camps begin @ 9 am. Children may be dropped off at 8:40 if not attending early care. Camps conclude @ noon. Snacks are included. Please indicate if your child will be staying all day. Please indicate if your child will be bringing his/her lunch or needs lunch provided. Please indicate if your child will be coming to morning and/or after care.

Boyd-Buchanan offers athletic and academic camps to provide students the opportunity to enrich their physical and mental developmental skills during the summer. Each BBS athletic camp is conducted by coaches who have led their teams to district, regional, and state championships; these coaches teach the fundamentals of the sport and work to develop each camper’s skill. The summer enrichment programs approach each camp session with learning activities designed to engage the creative and intellectual spark of each student.
Grade level is based on the student’s grade for the fall of 2012.
Morning camps 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
Afternoon camps 1 p.m.-4 p.m.
All Day camps 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
Early and aftercare will be offered this year; this program will begin May 29 and will end June 22. Early care will be open at 7:30 a.m. ($5 a day). Aftercare will close at 5:30 p.m. ($5 a day). Payment for early and aftercare is required by the first day of the camp week. Please choose on the registration form if you will be participating in early care and/or aftercare. Campers who are dropped off 20 minutes before camp begins will be charged on a prorated scale. Campers who are picked up 20 minutes after camp concludes will be charged on a prorated scale.
Campers have the option of bringing their lunch, or they may sign-up for lunch on the registration form. The cost for the lunch provided each day is $5. The menu for each week is the following: Monday – Chicken nuggets; Tuesday – Hamburgers; Wednesday – Grilled Cheese; Thursday – Hot Dogs; Friday – Pizza. Each meal is served with fruit, dessert, and beverage.
Daily snacks will be provided for campers. Campers participating in the athletic camps will receive t-shirts.
