Tuition and Payment Program

For most families, investing in an independent school education requires careful financial planning. To begin the process of providing a rewarding educational experience at Boyd Buchanan School for your son or daughter we suggest you first apply and schedule a meeting with our admissions team. Each family is unique, and BBS exists to help you determine the best plan for this important investment.

FINANCIAL POLICY AND WITHDRAWALS

A payment plan must be arranged before enrollment. The annual and semi-annual discounts will only be applied if the tuition is paid by the scheduled deadline. Monthly payments draft June through May. A $30.00 service charge will be assessed on any returned checks or drafts. 
 
If you decide to withdraw or your child is dismissed after the enrollment/re-enrollment has been submitted, the following penalties will be applied.
FEBRUARY 1 – FEBRUARY 28  •   12.5% OF TUITION
MARCH 1 – APRIL 30  •   25% OF TUITION
MAY 1 – MAY 31  •  50% OF TUITION
JUNE 1 – FORWARD  •  100% OF TUITION

PAYMENT PLANS

Tuition must be paid through your FACTS Payment Account in one of the following ways.
•  Annual payment due by June 30 – When paid on time, the annual plan is discounted $250.
•  Semi-annual payments due June 30 and December 30 – The semi-annual plan is discounted $150.
•  Twelve monthly payments June – May

 

FACTS PAYMENT PROGRAM

BBS has partnered with FACTS Management Company for our tuition payment program. Students will not be officially enrolled at BBS until their FACTS agreement has been completed. You will set up your payment plan upon completion of your online enrollment packet.

FINANCIAL AID 

Making BBS Affordable...
Financial aid applications will not be reviewed until the admissions process is complete. We will begin taking financial aid applications on January 1st. We will accept applications for new and current families with preference being given to our current families. Financial aid for new students will not be reviewed until the admissions process is complete. Financial aid is not part of continuous enrollment.  Applications for need-based financial aid must be submitted each year to be considered for assistance. The deadline to apply is February 17.
